One Rotterdam sculpture that takes the cake in the “I-can’t-believe-it’s-real” category is the Kabouter Buttplug. Yeah, you heard it right. It’s a 6-meter tall statue that’s technically supposed to be Santa Claus holding a Christmas tree, but let’s just say it ended up looking a little more, uh, “provocative.”
It’s become quite the tourist attraction with people visiting just to get a snap with the sculpture. The Kabouter Buttplug is centrally located close to the museums and shopping areas, so if you’re in the area you can pop by and take a snap.
