The Best Hotels in Berlin for Every Budget

I like to think of the ‘hub’ hotels as Premier Inn’s younger and definitely cooler sister. Whilst they may be on the petite side, they’ve been cleverly designed so that you’ll have everything you need – including a comfy ‘Hypnos’ bed, plugs at your bedside, touchscreen room controls, underbed storage, monsoon shower and free super-fast Wi-Fi.
I also love that many of the rooms have a big smart TV at the foot of the bed so turn off the lights, get tucked in and you basically have your own private cinema!
And if you like sleeping with no light, you’ll be a fan of their windowless rooms (which unsurprisingly are the cheapest too) however for window fans, there are options for you too – just make sure you double check before you book!
What the hub hotels are very good for are their locations – often in top tourist areas that are otherwise quite expensive. This one in Covent Garden, for example, is bang smack in the middle of the theatre district and under 4 minutes walk to the underground at Leicester Square and the trains at Charing Cross.
