Overview
Experience Michelin-starred fine dining at its peak. Prague’s V Zátiší restaurant takes classic Czech dishes and gives them a whole new twist.
The 9-course menu is the way to go – the portions are small, but the creativity and taste are off the charts. They use only fresh, locally sourced Czech seasonal ingredients. A standout is the scallops dish, and don’t miss the incredible chocolate mousse with banana-coated popcorn. Although, each dish is an absolute treat!
Main dishes on the à la carte menu start at around £20, while the tasting menu is £64–which is still quite affordable for a Michelin star restaurant. Reserve a table on their website and check out the menus here.
