L’As du Fallafel

Budget
Overview

If you’re looking for simple and flavourful Middle Eastern food then L’As du Fallafel is the place for you. They’ve been serving shawarma and kebabs since 1979, even being hailed by some (Lenny Kravitz included) as the best falafel spot in the town!

So you can imagine the place is pretty popular and gets super busy; you may have to join a queue when you arrive. However, the line tends to move quickly with an average wait of around 10 minutes. The hummus and shawarma platter are crowd favourites, but you can also choose from different falafels with an array of fresh ingredients and tasty toppings. The portions are pretty big so it’s worth ordering one fries to share.

There’s very limited seating so why not take your pita or falafel and stroll down the street while enjoying the river view.
